Spice up your sex life with your phone posted on 11th April 2020

We all know that most of us are on our phones a lot of the time… I for one am constantly shocked and a little embarrassed by my Weekly Report of usage. We just love being on our phones! And with an endless list of apps available for absolutely everything from tracking the moon phases to recipes, your phone becomes an endless entertainment vehicle.

A recent UK survey looked at how much the British public use their phone and specifically how mobile phone usage is affecting the nation’s relationships and their daily lives. They found that 73% of people ages 25-30 feel they can’t do without their mobile in the bathroom, 48% of people spend more time on their phones than they do exercising in a typical week and a whopping 42% said that they spend more time on their phones than they do having sex! 16% of those in relationships said that their phone usage exceeded the amount of time they spend talking to their partner.

So with all this data and with an app for more or less everything out there, why not use the power of your phone to unlock deeper connection, passion and spontaneity with your partner?

In the latest JoyBear film Pleasure Fix we join some experimental couples who use an app – The Pleasure Fix – to explore and push their boundaries. From a boyfriend not confident in his pussy licking skills, to a couple who want to ramp up the intensity with pegging.

I've had look at some of the best apps available for you to download and get busy with your lover – use your phone addiction for something pleasurable.

Kindu

Kindu is an app that inspires couples to talk about their sexual needs and desires to improve their emotional and physical connection. Users create a profile and then pair up with their partners on the app. Then the fun begins and couples start answering the Daily Decks, which prompt users to say yes, no, or maybe to various sexy, flirty, or romantic activities. The app only allows couples to see each other’s responses when both agree (or at least say maybe) to a prompt. If it’s a no, it’ doesn’t come up in the conversation.

On top of this Kindu also incorporates a Celebration Pack for ‘special occasions’ and a Showcase Pack full of sexy resources contributed by guest authors who include counselors and also everyday couples.

Thanks to this set up, couples can easily see where they match up on kinks and fetishes, and it smooths the way for them to talk easily about these sometimes difficult subjects, without feeling embarrassed or worried that they might scare their partner! You can even add a Wild Card if you have something you’d like to try that isn’t on the Kindu deck of cards.
