Tips to take your self love to new levels of pleasure...

But for the rest of the time try some of these super simple tips to really explore what is possible with pleasure.

1. Set the scene. Yes I know you've heard this before, but trust me, feeling yourself up on your messy bed with washing that needs sorting and charger cables everywhere just can't be compared to indulging in some personal time on a bed that's made in a softly lit room. That's bare minimum by the way, a bed that's made and lighting that doesn't make you squint. Pretty minimal right?

2. Porn. We are visual creatures and watching something that gets you feeling wet can fast track you to multiple orgasms. 5. Change up your position. Yes, I know laying on your back with your head on a pillow is comfortable, but give yourself a chance to see what else might get you going. Try laying on your front (especially good with a handsfree toy or with a pillow under your hips), sitting on the side of your bed, in the bath (waterproof toys or fingers only please). On a chair with your legs spread wide. Kneeling with a pillow between your legs. Laying on you side for a solo spoon session. And you don't have to confine yourself to the bedroom, of course be mindful of other people (depending on your living arrangements) although flatmates about to come home could qualify for a naughty and frantic quickie in a communal area.
